<h2>Mom Time - The Spa Experience</h2> <p> With the demands of a full family life, few of us will ever be able to sneak away for the amount of time that a full-blown spa treatment entails. However, that doesn't dictate that you can't take a little break and indulge yourself in a mini-treatment - say something like a massage or a facial. With Mother's day approaching, think about how wonderful it would be to pamper her, or if you are the mother, yourself, with a trip to the spa.<br /><br />A facial leaves you with a feeling that is hard to duplicate. Afterwards you will feel completely clean and refreshed. When you also get a massage, it makes the whole world seem like a better place. You can close your eyes and listen to beautiful music in a softly lit room as you enjoy your escape.<br /><br />In a spa, you can take advantage of the sauna or hot tubs provided before the massage. Just let your body sink into the water and let it work magic on your bones, muscles and skin. If you don't have the time for such luxury, just get a facial that will clean and soften your skin.<br /><br />If at all possible, I would recommend that you treat yourself to both the massage and the facial, however not everyone is comfortable removing their clothes the first time. It doesn't really matter as the masseuse will provide sheets and towels to cover your body and after all, they are professionals who do this day in and day out. No need to be embarrassed. Be sure to drink lots of fluids before your day at the spa so as to not dehydrate during your treatments. Besides, it helps to cleanse your body of toxins.<br /><br />This is time to relax and enjoy a pampering. If you do have concerns, talk to the people at the spa before you start, so you can get them out of the way. This way you will free your mind of concerns and be able to enjoy the massage.
