On the surface this is a partially true statement but here is what they are not telling you: These website although are very helpful, if you do not know what you are doing, you can spend a great deal of money and still not have your you were wanting. Have you ever developed an idea and passed it on to a friend to find out that they really did not understand what you were saying? Now do that with someone who is on the internet and English is there second language. In order to use these sites effectively, you need to be trained and none of these Gurus will do that. Too much competition if they do.
